My partner and I came to Jack with an array of ideas and a few family diamonds. Jack was truly amazing in turning our concepts into reality.
His years of experience allowed him to give us advice in what might work, while allowing us the freedom to design our dream ring. The ability to be able to view the ring via electronic design before anything was constructed gave us comfort knowing that changes could still be made at no extra cost. Not to mention the quality of images that he produced, and knowing exactly how much the ring would cost before it was made. His excitement and enthusiasm is contagious and the whole process was thoroughly enjoyable.
We appreciated the speediness of his work and couldn’t be more happy with the final outcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to all of our friends and couldn’t have imagined having our ring made any other way.
