Jack’s customer service and hospitality is exceptional. He offers great advice and wisdom when designing jewellery. Jack has a natural ability to transfer the picture in your head into a detailed design of the jewellery to the point where it looks like he has already made it. Jack’s service is very flexible and he does not drag out the process. Six months after he designed my fiancé’s engagement ring there are still people commenting on such a beautifully made ring. I recommend them all to Jack.
